Try to install the drivers found on the Support CD for your Tv Tunner because this error is related to the fact that the drivers are not installed for your device. After you install the drivers, restart the computer and launch the application again.
If your version of the application is not compatible with Windows 7, I suggest you to download and install the latest version of the software. I tested it on my Windows 7 computer and it worked without any issue. In order to obtain a link to the official download, you can visit Software Informer rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="http://winfast-pvr.software.informer.com/">review page of the product. Press the green Download button, save the file to your computer and install it following the provided instructions.
